The Mecmar heat exchanger can be mounted both on mobile dryers and on tower dryers. The mechanical system is that of a normal dryer where the direct-fire head has been replaced by the latest generation of high efficiency heat exchanger.  As the diagram illustrates the heat generated by the burner is transferred to clean air exhausted by the fan which, after it is heated, enters into contact with the kernel and removes excess humidity.  The end product is homogeneous grain, cleaned of impurities and dried in accordance with organic farming criteria.
