Ash abatement system The ash screw is constantly sprayed with a jet of atomized water created by a set of nozzles. Drain liquids are collected in a stainless steel basin with a closed cover and suitable vents. The basin is equipped with a water recirculation system to ensure total abatement of all the ash that may get past the first wash. |

Fume abatement system A sprinkler Scrubber is installed near the Mecmar toasting oven. Gas emissions are conveyed into a tower where there is close contact between rising gases and finely atomized water in order to transfer any pollutants from the fumes to the water. |

Vapor exhaust system A system designed to minimize the presence of vapors caused by evaporation of water contained in the soybeans during toasting. |
