TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- The walls of Mecmar toasting oven are made of steel with 150 mm thick rock wool insulation.
- Soya is loaded on a hopper equipped with a level switch.
- The product is circulated by a female screw with a perforated outside cylinder.
- Air circulation is provided by a high efficiency centrifugal fan with reverse-oriented blades.
- A flow of clean heated air constantly flows against the mixing screw.
- The heat exchanger can use a fuel oil or a gas burner because combustion fumes do not come in contact with the product.
- The combustion chamber is made of thermal steel with three smoke revolutions.
- Rotation both feeds the product forward and also constantly mixes the grain which is continuously and homogeneously exposed to the heat.
- Any small residue that is generated during the work process is removed by a screw located at the base of the oven.
